Bad address policy
In the event that you provide an undeliverable address to us we will hold your package until you contact us with a valid address. This is not grounds for a refund.

International Shipping
We are not responsible for customs delays, VAT taxes, import fees or any other fees caused by your countries laws. Please make sure you are aware of any fees that are unique to your country.

If your item is held by customs of your country and you fail to contact them to clear customs this is not grounds fora refund. This is your responsibility.
