60-day money-back guarantee

Try any Zen Hanger product for 60 days. If it is not the right fit for you, you can return it for a refund.

How it works

1. Email support@zenhanger.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
2. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is at your cost; we recommend a tracked service.
3. Your refund is issued to the original payment method when the warehouse receives the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Returns without a return authorization cannot be processed, so please contact us first.

Warranty

Every Zen Hanger product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal use because of a quality issue, we replace it free of charge. We may ask for photos or video of the defect. Please keep the product until we approve the replacement.

Wrong item sent

If we sent you the wrong item, we ship the correct one right away and cover the return shipping on the wrong one, or we may ask you to keep it.

Undeliverable address

If the address on your order is undeliverable, we hold the package until you contact us with a valid address. This is not grounds for a refund.
