How it works

1. Email us within 60 days of delivery. Write to support@zenhanger.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
2. Ship it back. Return shipping is at your cost; a tracked service is recommended. Returns without a return authorization cannot be processed, so please contact us first.
3. Get your refund. It goes to your original payment method as soon as the warehouse receives the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

What is covered

• Every product on zenhanger.com, including kits and bundles.
• The 60 days count from the delivery date on your tracking.

Warranty

Separate from the 60 days: every Zen Hanger product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal use because of a quality issue, we replace it free of charge. We may ask for a photo or short video of the defect; please keep the product until we approve the replacement.

Privacy on the way back

Returns go to the same plain-box shipping department your order came from. Nothing on the label names the product, and your statement reads ZH LLC.
